At Horocosmo, every piece is certified and energised before dispatch. If something is not right, we will make it right — fairly and fast.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the certificate of authenticity intact.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For gemstones, rudraksha and jewellery, a clear, uncut unboxing video (from sealed parcel to product) is required for damage and wrong-item claims. This protects both you and us, and is standard practice for certified natural products.
How to Raise a Return
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] or WhatsApp [SUPPORT PHONE] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the issue, and the unboxing video where applicable. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we will guide you on self-shipping (courier cost reimbursed for approved claims). All returns pass a quality check before refund.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing quality check. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or made-to-order items (specific carat selections cut or set on request, engraved items)
- Items energised with a personal sankalp at your specific request
- Free gifts and items marked non-returnable on the product page
Certification Disputes
If you wish to contest a stone's authenticity, share your independent lab report from a recognised laboratory within the return window; we will arrange re-verification and, if a discrepancy is confirmed, a full refund including shipping.
Exchanges
Size or variant exchanges (bead size, bracelet size) are offered within the same 7-day window, subject to stock, with one free exchange per order.
