Processing Time

Every Horocosmo order is energised with its Vedic mantras before dispatch. Orders are therefore processed and shipped within 2–4 business days — the ritual is part of the preparation, not a delay we cut corners on.

Delivery Estimates

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Estimates may extend during festivals, sales and weather disruptions. You will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Cash on Delivery

Packaging

All items ship in secure, tamper-evident packaging with the certificate of authenticity enclosed. If the outer packaging appears tampered on arrival, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

Address Changes and Failed Deliveries

Address changes are possible only before dispatch — write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. Parcels returned to us after failed delivery attempts are reshipped on request; repeated failures may attract re-shipping charges.
